You will be responsible for our design tasks, first and foremost our AI design work: creating new design styles with AI image generation and turning them into personalizable Teeinblue campaigns. We are looking for a long term collaboration that goes beyond the current backlog.
What you will do
- Create new design styles with AI image generation and turn them into production ready templates.
- Build and maintain personalizable artworks in Teeinblue (layers, custom options, conditional logic).
- Connect artworks to product bases and mockups so campaigns are ready to sell.
- Work through our design backlog and help shape what comes after it.
What you bring
- Very experienced with Teeinblue, productive without onboarding.
- Strong AI prompting skills for image generation. This is the deciding factor.
- A proactive way of working: you ask the right questions early and propose solutions.
- Reliable communication in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Etsy personalization flows.
- Background in print on demand production.
Key facts
- Start: as soon as possible, within the next two weeks at the latest.
- Commitment: 15 to 20 hours per week, flexible.
- Hourly rate: 10 to 15 USD, depending on experience.
- Long term collaboration, not a one off project.
