We sell across ten Shopify stores, with the US, the UK, Australia and Canada as our growth markets, and we run the whole operation with a small team and heavy use of AI.
Every product is made to order by print on demand manufacturers and print partners in the US, Europe and Asia. Growth this year comes from new product categories, so the speed and quality of our supplier and product integrations decide how fast we grow.
We are looking for a senior Supply Chain Manager who has worked directly with print on demand manufacturers, not only through platforms, and who takes ownership of supply chain and product integration end to end. You report to Brian, who leads business development and supply chain.
What you will do
- Manage our print on demand manufacturers and print partners day to day: pricing, lead times, quality, capacity and escalations.
- Find, evaluate and onboard new partners for new product categories, including samples, quality checks and commercial terms.
- Run product integrations end to end, together with design, our configurator and development partners, marketing and customer service.
- Keep product costs, shipping and margins per product up to date and make sure every new product holds up against our margin targets.
- Build the processes and automations that make the next integration faster than the last one.
What you bring
- Direct, hands on experience with print on demand manufacturers or print partners. Working only through platforms such as Printify or Printful is not enough for this role.
- At least 3 years in e-commerce supply chain, sourcing or product operations, with integrations you ran end to end.
- Strong AI skills with your own judgement: you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day and you check and correct what they produce before it goes anywhere.
- Commercial thinking: product costs, shipping, margins and pricing are numbers you work with, not numbers you hand over.
- Excellent self organization and proactive communication, you raise questions and risks early instead of waiting.
- Fluent English, available full time.
Nice to have
- Experience with personalized, gift or pet products.
- Experience with suppliers in several regions, for example the US, Europe and China.
- Familiarity with Shopify and with supplier API or order integrations.

- Start: as soon as possible.
- Commitment: full time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: 2,000 USD per month, fixed.
- Location: remote, worldwide.
- How we work: after screening, the assessment is a supply chain case built on a real decision we face, with 72 hours to complete it. Shortlisted candidates then do a paid one week trial.
