We are an established Shopify e-commerce brand selling personalized products for pet lovers across ten stores in several markets. We run the whole operation with a small team and heavy use of AI.

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager with many years of Shopify experience who has led teams before, is available full time right away and is looking for a new challenge. You will work across many areas of the business, not in one narrow lane, and you will carry big responsibility from day one.

There is little predefined structure. You organize yourself, set your own priorities and drive topics forward without waiting for instructions. You work directly with the founder team.

What you will do

Products: scale our current assortment and integrate new, high margin categories.
Designs: research trends and competitors and expand the assortment toward winning concepts.
Suppliers: manage our print on demand suppliers and onboard new partners.
Store operations: run the daily business of our stores, support new launches and improve conversion, revenue and margin.

What you bring

Expert AI skills. This matters most to us: you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day, build your own workflows and automate your work with them.
Many years of hands on Shopify experience, at least 5 years in e-commerce with projects you ran end to end. Multi market is a strong plus.
Proven team leadership: you have led a team before.
Comfortable working with GitHub, a large part of what we build lives in our own repositories.
Strong self organization and fluent English.
Available full time, starting immediately.

Nice to have

Print on demand experience.
Experience with personalized, gift or niche product assortments.
Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads.

Start: immediately.
Commitment: full time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation: 3,500 USD per month, fixed.
Location: remote, we are hiring in the Philippines for this role.
