Shopify E-Commerce Manager

Take A-to-Z ownership of our US expansion: products, designs, suppliers and store operations for personalized products.

We are an established Shopify e-commerce brand selling personalized products across 9+ markets, now driving our expansion in the US. We already know which categories work, we have a broad supplier network, and we know the playbook for the US market.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who takes ownership from A to Z, takes initiative, works independently, and is genuinely interested in the e-commerce world. You work directly with the founder team and use AI tools heavily along the way.

What you will do

Products — leverage our current products to scale up, while integrating innovative, high-margin new categories.
Designs — expand our design assortment toward winning concepts, research new trends and the competition, and diversify designs to appeal to new target audiences.
Suppliers — manage our current print-on-demand (POD) suppliers, research new potential partners, and support the integration of new suppliers.
Store setup — manage current store operations, support new store launches, continuously improve the customer experience, and optimize conversion, revenue and margin.

What you bring

Real e-commerce experience required, ideally Shopify; multi-market a strong plus.
Print-on-demand experience strongly preferred.
Senior level: at least 2 to 3 years of e-commerce experience, having successfully managed projects before.
Strong with AI tools like Claude and able to use automation effectively.
Fluent English and full-time availability.

Nice to have

Familiarity with marketing and Meta / Google Ads.
Experience with personalized, gift or niche product assortments.

Key facts

Start: as soon as possible.
Commitment: full time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation: 3,000 USD per month fixed, plus a performance based share on top, agreed individually.
How we work: a small paid test task that mirrors real work, then an ongoing engagement if it is a good fit.
